You can factor the invoice upon following the criteria:
You may submit an invoice (that is not more than 30 days old) to Maax Factor after the delivery of goods (complete with the signed Delivery Order) / completion of service and the invoice issued to the customer.
Once you receive the funds, you may utilise them as needed to support your business operations. Your customer will remit full payment on the due date either directly to Maax Factor’s or a Designated Bank Account.
Once the onboarding process are settled, disbursements can be made to your bank account as soon as 3 days from the date of complete document submission.

Registered vendors or suppliers on the ePerolehan system may apply for this service. You must also be a SSM registered business/company with majority shareholding by Malaysians.
Once you have invoiced your customer, you need to upload the signed Notice of Assignment in the ePerolehan system to notify that the contract has been factored. Maax Factor will then do the necessary verification and disburse the funds accordingly to your bank account.
Yes, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria, you may apply for this service even if you are a new vendor or supplier on the ePerolehan system.
